Having grown up in the Upper Marais, a very creative, trendy and historic district of Paris, I'd be pleased to help you discover the cultural heritage, lifestyle, sophistication and creativity of Paris. Over time, I have aquired a deep understanding of parisian life that I wish to share with you during our off the beaten-track tours. I received a master's degree in 18th century French history from the Sorbonne, focusing my studies on the Grand Tour, an aristocratic rite of passage. Afterward, I deepened my knowledge through various experiences: with a curator of the Louvre Museum; with the President of a Cultural Center in Italy; with collectors at the International Contemporary Art Fair; and at the Festival of Theater in Avignon, with a writer and theater director...

We are a team of PhD candidates, post graduate and undergraduate students in the field of humanities. Working as guides is a great way of practicing our knowledge of history, architecture and art to unveil Paris to curious visitors. Tours we do are educational and informative but above all accessible and enjoyable. To us, buildings are like time capsules, open books rich in precious information, that we show you how to read. So many of the people that come here to Paris come here to eat, but the overwhelming amount of choices and language barrier can be a bit intimidating. My purpose with these tours is to make the cuisine more approachable. Rather than show off fancy haute-cuisine, these tours show off what normal everyday French people might eat in a given day, and believe me, they eat pretty well here! We will expose you to the vast diversity that exists in French cuisine, and we will also take some time to point out some cool sites here in Paris.

The first time I've visited Paris I have to say that I was really surprised by this blend of nineteenth century decadence, multicultural Babylon and luxury industry hub. Today is the same. Visitors they still want to meet the huge heritage, try the food, and ramble all this historical streets. Ironies of life, after finishing my art history degree, I moved to Paris in 2002 and since 2006 my full time job is to introduce the French heritage to the visitors seeking for a Parisian experience.
