**TOUR HIGHLIGHTS** -Visiting of Giza pyramids and the great sphinx. -Cairo city tour -Baharia oasis and white desert camping. -Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan. -Visiting of the great temple of Abu Simple -Extension to the red sea,making fun dive and snorkeling in the the blue hole at the beautiful city Dahab. -Visiting of St.Catherine monastery and Moses mountain in Sinai. ------------------------------------- **TOUR ITINERARY** Day 1 - Arrival Arriving to Cairo international airport where you will be meet and assisted by our representative,transfer to your hotel to check in and overnight there. ---------------------------------- Day 2 - Pyramids tour In the morning you will picked up from the hotel accompanied with your professional tourist guide moving south to Giza where the pyramids and the great sphinx are standing greatly,then move southwards to visit Memphis which is the first capital of ancient Egypt(3100 BC) and then visiting its great necropolis Sakkara containing the 1st pyramid was ever built(The step pyramid)and much more from the ancient Egyptian royal and private tombs,drive back to your hotel in Cairo and overnight there. --------------------------------------- Day 3 - Cairo City Tour Today you will explore the crazy city CAIRO starting with its medieval part by Visiting the citadel of Saladin with its great towers and its famous mosque of Mohamed Ali,then you will move to old Cairo district or the religion community as it has Mosques,Churches and a Jewish Synagogue,the final and most interesting part from the tour today will be Visiting the Egyptian museum of antiquities containing the Treasurers of king Tutankhamon,the royal mummies and much more form the ancient Egyptian monuments,drive back to the hotel and overnight there. -------------------------------- Day 4 – White Desert In the morning pick up from your hotel, transfer to the bus station and take the bus to Baharia oasis ,when you arrive there you will meet and assisted by our representative who will take you to have your lunch then you will start exploring the desert by taking the shared jeep to the white desert.On the way to your camp you will pass the hot spring and the the Cristal mountain,arrive to the white desert where you will camp for a night exploring the desert magic secrets and watch the most magical sunset. Enjoy your dinner which will be made on fire,overnight in your camp watching the stars. ------------------------------ Day 5 – White Desert After breakfast, visit the Black Desert. Then drive back to Bahariya Oasis. and transfer to the bus station to take the bus to Cairo. After arriving to Cairo you will be transferred to the train station in Cairo and take the over night train to Aswan. ---------------------------- Day 6 - Aswan Arrive to Aswan then you will be picked up from the train station and transfer to the Nile cruise to check in,then you will have a guided day tour in Aswan visiting the the high dam and take the nice small felucca in the Nile to get to the the temple of philea,over night on the cruise board. ---------------------------------- Day 7 – Abu Simbel At 3 AM pick up from the cruise ship and transfer to Abu Simbel to visit the glorious Temple of Ramses II., and Temple of Goddess Hathor. Transfer back to Aswan, over night on the cruise board sailing to Kom ombu. ------------------ Day 8 – Luxor East Bank The cruise will arrive to Kom Ombo City and here you will have a guided tour in the Temple of Sobek( Egyptians who worked or traveled on the Nile hoped that if they prayed to Sobek, the crocodile/Nile god, he would protect them from being attacked by crocodiles) Continue sailing and visit Temple of Horus( The falcon god of victory) in Edfu. Keep sailing to Luxor,arrive there then leave the cruise and start guided tour to visit Karnak Temples, Then visit Luxor Temple. Our tour to old Islamic and Coptic Cairo was amazing and we had a fantastic time. Also we were shown around all the best bits of Cairo, visited places that we would never have gone to on our own and all the while we were being told the stories and history of where we were. Comfortable air-conditioned car, professional driver, and the lunch was superb. Our guide Hanan Salah is a great guide, very friendly and reply to all of our questions. There was no rigid fixed time frame as you would experience with some other tour guides, in contrast she was quite flexible to personalize and organize our tour according to our interests and demands. It was a great day indeed.

If you want to see the city's main sights in a day then Egypt Budget Tours is the way to do it. I booked with their Guide Hanan Salah who was a very polite and knowledgeable guide. She gave us very good information about the city, and she was very flexible with us, she dropped us at the most interesting sights in the city, both modern and historic and she was very flexible with time and very patient with our changing demands. She was very prompt and organized in her work and she managed to let us have a magnificent day in Alexandria.

A notice stamped in passports on entry into Egypt says “registration within 7 days” but arrivals in Cairo should in fact be registered within 48 hours, either at the nearest police station or at the Mugama’a.
