Well, if you happen to be in Delhi you can come to Agra city by the morning train called "Shatabdi Express". It arrives at 8:15 AM and you can leave Agra by the same train at 8:25 PM. That gives you ample time to see Taj, Fort and Fatehpur Sikri and explore local handicrafts.
