MAGNIFICENT PERU

The contract is between Magnificent Peru and the Client. When making a tour reservation, you guarantee that you to accept, if you are the Client, or have the authority to accept on behalf of your Client, these tour contract terms and conditions and those of any of our subcontractors, for whom we act as agents. These conditions only apply to services in our program and not to the international and national flights, which are subject to the conditions imposed by the airlines.

The term ‘program’ is defined as a pre-arranged combination of at least two of the following: (a) transport; (b) accommodation; and (c) other services not complementary to transport or accommodation and forming a significant part of the program booked together for an inclusive price and for which full payment is made to us. All remaining products, including transport and accommodation booked at separate times or not at an inclusive price constitute “other travel arrangements”, which we arrange as your booking agent. Please note that different terms and conditions may apply between the Client and any of the airlines or hotels involved in providing the travel arrangements. These terms and conditions will be provided to the Client when making the reservation. By making this reservation the Client agrees that we may supply any information the Client has given us to the relevant suppliers of the travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, and public authorities such as customs/immigration, if required by them, or as required by law. A contract will become effective as soon as payment has been accepted and a confirmation invoice has been issued. These reservation conditions form part of your contract with us.
