I started back in 2004, and soon after I had a great experience: a scholarship in Barcelona.
Came back and continued with tours in English and Spanish, 1 to 15 days, 1 to 50 persons (tourists, businessmen, journalists, delegates, students), from 1 hour-tour in Bucharest to 15 days-tour all over Romania.
